Looking for directions to the Yorkshire Trench?

Doing some planning for a visit to WW1 Battlefields, I was hunting for the Yorkshire Trench - but the directions I found left me baffled.

Here are a couple of websites about it:

The only thing is, the directions on these sites left me baffled - I tried following them on Google Maps, and ended up... lost (virtually, anyway).

So - a little head-scratching later, I've found the Yorkshire Trench, and I'm putting here so you can find it too.

At least - I think that's it!! If it's not, then someone's making some strange flower beds in that industrial estate.
